Who Can Apply?

Required Qualifications:

  1. Currently in the 4th or final year of BA.LLB/BBA.LLB or pursuing LLM from a recognised law school

  2. Excellent skills in legal research, drafting, and writing

  3. Keen interest in technology law, data protection, and corporate legal frameworks

  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Notion, or similar collaboration tools

  5. Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility

  6. Preferred Background: Past internships at corporate law firms or in-house legal teams; Experience with technology contracts, data privacy, or IP-related issues; Comfort working in startups, SaaS, or AI-oriented environments

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Research & Compliance Awareness

Conduct research on tech law, AI regulation, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA), and intellectual property

Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting SaaS, fintech, and AI sectors

Break down legal concepts into actionable internal guidance

2. Contract Review & Lifecycle Management

Assist in reviewing NDAs, MSAs, SaaS and partnership agreements

Manage contract databases, version tracking, and renewal workflows

Work with business teams to ensure compliant, efficient transactions

3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Support internal audits, data protection strategies, and risk evaluations

Assist with documentation for licenses, governance, and legal filings

Contribute to compliance efforts related to emerging laws and frameworks

4. Special Legal Projects & Operations

Collaborate on cross-functional legal initiatives that impact product, people, and partnerships

Maintain legal documentation, knowledge repositories, and internal reporting

Take ownership of special assignments and legal operations support
