About the Opportunity

Mindspring Advisors is inviting applications for a long-term finance internship at their Mumbai office. This opportunity is tailored for individuals keen to build a career in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, and Business Consulting. Interns will gain hands-on experience and close mentorship from experienced bankers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and company-specific research

• Assist in preparing investment memoranda, teasers, and financial projections

• Build financial models for equity fundraising and M&A transactions

• Participate in senior-level calls and meetings

• Assist with live deal execution, investor interactions, and analysis

• Understand sector-specific trends driving corporate activity

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have appeared for CA Inter (May 2025) OR
Cleared CFA Level 1 or 2

• Strong command over MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Mumbai
