What You Will Do
- Courtroom exposure and observation of live proceedings
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting of applications, pleadings, notices, and briefs
- Assistance in case preparation and litigation strategy
- Practical understanding of court procedures and client handling
Eligibility
- Law students (preferably 3rd year onwards in a 5-year course, or 2nd year onwards in a 3-year course)
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Genuine interest in litigation and court practice
