RJ Legal focuses on providing strategic legal solutions in corporate law, compliance, and dispute resolution. As Principal Attorney and Founder, contributed to resolving complex corporate disputes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and advancing merger and amalgamation strategies. The internship offers practical exposure to diverse areas of legal practice, including:
Civil Matters – Legal research, drafting of pleadings, case analysis, and court-related work
Criminal Matters – Exposure to criminal litigation, drafting, legal research, and procedural aspects
Corporate & Commercial Laws – Contract drafting, corporate advisory, and compliance matters
FEMA Matters – Research and assistance in matters relating to foreign exchange laws and regulatory compliances

Eligibility
- Students pursuing 3-year LL.B. / 5-year integrated law programmes
