About the Opportunity
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is currently accepting applications for its prestigious internship program on a rolling basis for the period between August and December 2025.
This is a full-time, in-person internship based at the Supreme Court, New Delhi, offering law students and recent graduates a chance to gain hands-on exposure to judicial functioning at the highest level.
Eligibility
Applications are invited from:
Students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LLB programme
Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LLB programme
LLM/postgraduate law students and recent law graduates
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be engaged in:
Preparing briefs, background notes, issue synopses, and case summaries
Conducting in-depth legal research
Attending court proceedings and preparing minutes
Assisting with lectures, seminars, and academic writing projects

📍 On-site | Supreme Court of India, New Delhi
⏰ Full-Time
Duration
Minimum duration: 4 weeks, beginning the first Monday of each month
Requests for extended internships or alternative start dates may be considered on a case-by-case basis
