Eligibility Criteria
Assessment Interns: Currently enrolled in the final year of a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme.
Legal Associate: Law graduate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience; prior exposure to taxation or litigation preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft replies to notices from income tax authorities and enforcement agencies
- Prepare appeals and submissions before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)
- File petitions before the Gujarat High Court and assist in Supreme Court matters
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy documentation
- Assist with contract drafting and tribunal litigation
