Bajaj & Co. Advocates is a Mumbai-based full-service litigation and advisory practice, counsel to individuals, families, financial institutions and commercial enterprises across the most consequential legal matters arising under Indian law.
Eligibility
- Final year students of the 5-year law course
- II or III year students of the 3-year law course
Requirements
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Familiarity with court filing procedures and administration
- Excellent communication and legal writing abilities
- Discipline, initiative and a keen interest in litigation
- Must be based in Mumbai or able to attend in-person for the duration of the internship
Nature of Internship
Litigation, with hands-on exposure to drafting, research, court filings, and case preparation. The internship is based in Mumbai.
Practice Areas
- Commercial Litigation – Bombay High Court, Supreme Court, City Civil Court (Mumbai), RERA, NCLT, Sessions Court and Arbitration.
- Non-Litigation – Conveyancing & Corporate Advisory
