About the Department
This department handles player registrations through the Centralized Registration System (CRS), ensuring no player participates in any AIFF-sanctioned tournament without proper registration or transfer approval. It also oversees disputes involving players, clubs, officials, and intermediaries, along with disciplinary actions and anti-doping compliance.

The department is responsible for implementing and managing compliance with:

· AIFF Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP)

· AIFF Training Compensation & Solidarity Compensation

· AIFF Football Agent Regulations

· AIFF Anti-Doping Regulations

· AIFF Constitution

· AIFF Ethics Code, 2017

· AIFF Disciplinary Code

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist the Secretariat in matters related to the Disciplinary Committee and Player Status Committee.

· Record minutes of meetings.

· Draft notices and replies related to player/club/association disputes.

· Help in drafting and updating AIFF regulations and codes.

· Track age-fraud cases and report findings.

· Monitor matches/tournaments on the AIFF CMS and flag disciplinary concerns.

Eligibility Criteria

· Recent LL.B. graduate.

· Prior experience in Sports Law (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong interest and knowledge in football and sports.

· Proficient in drafting/reviewing legal documents.

· Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong analytical, multitasking, and teamwork capabilities.

· Willingness and fitness to travel domestically if required.
