About the Opportunity

DKL Advocates is seeking to onboard two Legal Researchers in an online capacity to assist with ongoing assignments. The firm is keen on collaborating with committed and enthusiastic candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare well-structured memos or notes.

· Assist in drafting legal opinions and summaries.

· Monitor regulatory developments in relevant practice areas.

· Ensure timely coordination with the supervising advocate for all deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

· Must be a 4th or 5th year student from a National Law University (NLU).

· Strong legal research and writing skills required.

· Sound understanding of the following subjects:

o Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)

o Corporate Governance

o Arbitration and Conciliation Act

o Banking and Finance Law

Stipend

₹6,000 per month
