About the Job
The Office of Advocate Hardik Gogia is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The role is suited for candidates with litigation experience who are interested in building a career in intellectual property litigation.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Possess hands-on experience in legal drafting.
- Have sound legal research and analytical skills.
- Be able to independently handle court matters and work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Candidates with experience in Intellectual Property litigation, including Trademark, Copyright, and Designs matters, will be preferred.
