Position Details

• Role: Associate – Litigation

• Practice Areas: Criminal & Civil Litigation, IPR, Compliance Management, and more

• Experience Required: 0–2 years

• Location: Gurgaon Office

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and drafting

• Excellent command over spoken and written English

• Prior litigation experience preferred but not mandatory

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Ability to manage court appearances, deadlines, and client communication effectively

• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, and various Tribunals

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and compliance reports

• Handle IPR matters including Trademark, Copyright, and Design filings and oppositions

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance related to Labour Laws, Legal Metrology, and Consumer Protection

• Assist in commercial litigation, particularly under the Commercial Courts Act
