Position: Corporate Attorney – Bangalore Office

Khurana & Khurana is actively seeking a Corporate Attorney with strong expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law to join its Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle Commercial Law and Litigation matters, including NCLT proceedings, commercial disputes, and business transactions

· Work independently on clear, client-focused mandates

· Assist in expanding K&K’s Commercial Law and Litigation practice in the southern region

· Engage in both advisory and litigation-related roles within the corporate domain

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate/Commercial Law
✅ Ability to handle litigation (NCLT, general commercial) and transactional matters independently
✅ Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
✅ Professional, self-driven, and collaborative in approach
✅ Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
