About the Opportunity

Key Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Patent Drafting and Prosecution

• Proven experience with Patent Prosecution at the Indian Patent Office – including preparation of FER responsesand handling hearings

• Strong technical grasp across subject matters; candidates with a Master’s or Ph.D. (in science/engineering) will be given preference

• Fast learner with the ability to work independently

• Must be a proactive team player with a willingness to take on responsibilities such as:

◦ Client communications

◦ Overseeing docketing teams

◦ Training sessions and public speaking opportunities
