Role & Responsibilities

· Drafting pleadings and legal documentation

· Managing and coordinating casework and regulatory matters

· Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and in client briefings

· Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries/memos

· Supporting in pre-litigation strategy and settlement discussions

Eligibility Criteria

✅ LL.B. from a recognized institution (NLUs/Symbiosis preferred)
✅ LL.M. is an advantage but not mandatory
✅ 0–2 years of hands-on experience in dispute resolution
✅ Strong understanding of procedural laws (IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI Regulations, etc.)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Capable of managing case timelines and liaising with stakeholders
