About the Role

JSA is currently seeking Associates with a focused background in disputes/litigation to join its Bengaluru office. The role involves hands-on litigation practice, client advisory, case preparation, research, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and advise clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and court submissions

• Assist senior lawyers in case strategy, briefing, and court proceedings

• Participate in client meetings and case discussions

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation/disputes

• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Kannada (reading and speaking) is a plus
