About the Opportunity
Corporate Professionals is looking to hire an Associate to join their ESOP & Insider Trading Laws team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advising on ESOP implementation, including drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance.
- Providing guidance on insider trading regulations and compliance.
- Assisting in corporate transactions involving ESOP-owned companies.
- Developing corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Mitigating legal risks associated with ESOPS and Insider trading.
- Offering strategic legal counsel tailored to clients’ business objectives and regulatory environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Company Secretary
- 0-1 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in corporate law, particularly in areas related to employee benefits, corporate transactions, and securities regulation.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex legal matters independently.
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in ESOPs, insider trading compliance, or corporate governance is often preferred.
