About the Opportunity
RM Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for advocates with litigation experience to work on matters before the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and other legal forums in New Delhi. The selected candidate will gain significant exposure through drafting, research, and court appearances while working in a dynamic litigation practice.

- Have 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess strong drafting, legal research, and litigation skills.
- Have prior experience before the NCLT, NCLAT, or the Supreme Court of India (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on diverse legal issues.
- Appear before the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, and other legal forums in New Delhi.
- Assist in handling litigation matters across various practice areas.
