DSK Legal has opened up applications for the position of associate/senior associate to work with them for their Project & Infrastructure team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong core experience of 3 to 6 Years in Project & Infrastructure matters including inter-alia drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and negotiating tender documents, concession agreements, bids, joint bidding agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements, requests for qualifications, requests for proposals, risk matrices, etc.
- Exposure to contracts, project documentation, regulatory and advisory work for Projects & Infrastructure
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills for Projects & Infrastructure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
