About the Opportunity
Fourfold LPO is looking for an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Law) to join their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Relevant experience in U.S. Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation is mandatory
- Copyright, Trademark & Patent matters
- Drafting Complaints, TROs, Declarations, Motions, Default
- Judgments, and legal memoranda
- Reviewing infringement claims and supporting litigation
- Drafting Licensing Agreements, NDAs, IP Assignments, MSAs, Terms of Service, etc
- Case management, docketing, legal research, and USPTO/Copyright Office support
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior hands-on experience in U.S. IP Litigation (Mandatory)
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Immediate Joiners only
