Job Description :
- Drafting Pre-SARFAESI notices and Preparing and issuing Demand Notices, publication of notices in newspapers under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.
- Preparing Possession Notices under Section 13(4), including pasting and newspaper publication and preparing Physical Possession Notices and coordinating their publication in newspapers.
- Initiating valuation in cases where physical possession has been obtained for obtaining
Reserve Price approval. - Preparing Sale Notices and arranging their publication in newspapers and Preparing
Private Treaty Notices and coordinating their publication in newspapers. - Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with SARFAESI Act timelines and internal
TAT.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years (Affordable Home Loan).
Location
Thane.
