About the Job
Are you a law graduate eager to kickstart your career in corporate law, contracts, investments, and real estate transactions? Join our boutique law firm – Kontract Genie Legal – and work directly with the founders on diverse, high-impact projects across industries.
What you will do: Draft and review commercial contracts, Assist in corporate & investment transactions (PE/VC/startup deals), Support real estate transactions and Conduct research and due diligence.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome!).
- Strong drafting & analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Eager to learn and grow with the firm.
