About the Opportunity
IDBI Bank is inviting applications for the posts of Deputy General Manager (Legal) and Manager (Legal) on a regular basis. Eligible law graduates with the prescribed experience in the banking, financial services, government, regulatory sector, or legal practice can apply online.

Salary
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): Approx. ₹2.04 lakh per month (Metro Cities)
- Manager (Grade B): Approx. ₹1.29 lakh per month (Metro Cities)
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances, benefits, and performance-linked variable pay as per the Bank’s rules.
Eligibility Criteria
For Deputy General Manager (Legal)
- Graduation in Law from a recognized University.
- Age: 35–45 years (as on July 1, 2026).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, including:
- At least 7 years as a Law Officer in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), ARC, Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies; OR
- Practising Advocate with at least 7 years’ experience as a Law Officer in BFSI, ARC, Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies.
For Manager (Legal)
- Graduation in Law from a recognized University.
- Age: 25–35 years (as on July 1, 2026).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, including:
- At least 2 years as a Law Officer in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), ARC, Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies; OR
- Practising Advocate with at least 2 years’ experience as a Law Officer in BFSI, ARC, Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies.

Selection will be based on:
- Preliminary screening of applications
- Personal Interview
- Document verification and background checks
Location
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India as per the Bank’s requirements.
