Roles and Responsibilities
Appearance before courts in Delhi, such as District Courts, NCLT, DRT, and High Court.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher: 0 PQE
- Experience: 2 PQE
- Drafting Skills: plaints, written statements, counter-claims, writ petitions, legal notices, reply to legal notice, basic agreement drafting skills.
- Research Skills: knowledge and hands-on experience to use legal search engines.
