About the Opportunity
White & Brief is seeking a technically strong Senior Associate to handle complex Indirect Tax and Customs matters across advisory and litigation, with a focus on advanced drafting, research, and independent matter management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters
- Draft opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently
- Interpret case laws and regulatory developments
- Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Lawyer
- Experience: 4–6 years (Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation)
