About the Job
Ingale & Associates is hiring 2 Junior Advocates/Associates (0–2 years PQE), with one vacancy each at its Mumbai (Fort) and Kolhapur (Tarabai Park) offices.
The role offers exposure to litigation before the Bombay High Court, non-litigation advisory work, legal drafting, court appearances, and case management.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- An LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil and criminal litigation matters before the Bombay High Court.
- Assist with non-litigation and advisory work.
- Draft pleadings, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts and assist with matter management.
- Conduct legal research and support case preparation.
Salary
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and capability.
