About the Job
Asraya Legal is hiring an Associate on a full-time basis with immediate joining. The role offers recent law graduates an opportunity to work on civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold a BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.B. degree.
- Be graduates from the Class of 2025 or 2026.
- Have a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Attend and assist in client conferences and strategy discussions.
- Appear before competent authorities and assist with procedural and regulatory compliances.
