About the Job
DSA Legal is hiring an Associate – Litigation for its Head Office in New Delhi. The role is suited for lawyers with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are motivated, commercially driven, and interested in handling litigation and arbitration matters across commercial disputes.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree.
- Have 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation and arbitration strategies for commercial disputes.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, briefs, and other case-related documents.
- Assist senior counsel in representing clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of filings, hearings, and deliverables.
- Track ongoing matters, maintain case records, and support effective case management.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the team’s research and knowledge initiatives.
