About the Job
Kaden Boriss is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The position offers an opportunity to work on legal documentation, compliance, and risk management while collaborating with international clients and gaining exposure to UAE laws and regulations.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 5+ years of full-time legal experience.
- Possess strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Have excellent legal research, communication, and organisational skills.
- Be willing to learn UAE laws and regulations.
- Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and providing practical legal advice.
- Supporting compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Handling legal matters across multiple business functions.
- Collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Developing knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
