About the Job
Peritum Partners is hiring an Associate for its Real Estate Practice. The role offers exposure to title due diligence, drafting and registration of documents, leasing, leave and licence agreements, commercial contracts, and other real estate-related matters. The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively as part of the firm’s legal team.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong interest in and working knowledge of real estate law.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and write Tamil is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence.
- Draft and assist with the registration of legal documents.
- Handle leasing and leave and licence matters.
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Support the Real Estate Practice across a range of legal matters.
- Work collaboratively with the firm’s legal team.
