Sabharwal & Associates is looking for a Legal Associate to join its team at Saket Court, New Delhi. The position involves regular court work and exposure to civil, criminal, and family law matters.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Applicants must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience may apply.
- Freshers with litigation internship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily court work.
Responsibilities
- Draft plaints, written statements, applications, and pleadings.
- Make regular court appearances at Saket Court for civil, criminal, and family matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Assist with client counselling.
- Handle file management and documentation.
Stipend
Compensation will be as per industry norms.
