Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
- Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Assist in IBC, Arbitration and Conciliation, and Company Law matters
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials
Eligibility
- Advocate with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
- Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
