Siddharth & Associates Law Office is hiring an Associate Legal to join its team in Delhi. The role offers an opportunity to work on litigation matters involving legal drafting, court appearances, legal research, client interaction, and case management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 0–3 years of litigation experience.
- Freshers with strong drafting and legal research skills may also apply.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, applications, written statements, and legal opinions.
- Appear before District Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Interact with clients and manage assigned cases.
- Coordinate with clients, court staff, and government authorities.
