Advocate Bhavna Gandhi is looking for a Legal Associate with experience in contract drafting and review, as well as trademark law. The role involves handling commercial contracts, managing trademark portfolios, and providing practical legal advice on contractual, intellectual property, and corporate matters.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
- Applicants should have 1–3 years of core experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.
- Candidates must be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be based in Gurugram.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including vendor, service, and partnership agreements.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of trademark protection, including clearance searches, filings, prosecution, oppositions, and infringement matters.
- Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice on contract compliance, intellectual property strategy, and corporate matters.
