About the Job
Cloud First Tech is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves managing contracts, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, customer and vendor onboarding, and credit approval processes.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree. An LL.M. degree will be preferred.
- Have 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Possess experience in contract drafting and review.
- Have knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Have litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and legal documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle customer and vendor onboarding.
- Manage credit approval processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
