Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments, revenue authorities, municipal bodies, and registrars
- Oversee external title search work and verify documentation
- Handle mutation and conversion applications
- Prepare and pursue RTI applications relating to land records
- Facilitate amalgamation, bifurcation, and land record rectification processes
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognised institution; LL.B. preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Law, Registration, Mutation procedures
- Proficiency in reading Bengali deeds and digital legal tools
