Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognised institution
- Proficiency in preparing competitive bidding documents and evaluating bids
- Excellent drafting skills and oral communication ability for pleading before SERCs and legal authorities
- Strong research capabilities in policy, tariff, and regulatory matters in the power sector
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle legal assignments involving power distribution and power purchase agreements
- Research and advise on regulatory, tariff, and policy matters in the energy sector
- Represent the organisation before State/Central Commissions and legal forums
- Draft regulatory filings, submissions, petitions, and legal correspondence
- Prepare competitive bidding documents and conduct bid evaluations
