They are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support their Legal & Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA provisions, land laws, and related statutes
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, deeds, notices, and contracts
- Support due diligence activities related to land acquisition and property transactions
- Review title documents, property records, and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and internal departments
Eligibility
- Pursuing BA.LLB / BBA.LLB / LL.B. from a recognized university (final year or penultimate year preferred)
- Strong interest in Real Estate Law, Property Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance
- Basic understanding of RERA, Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and Contract Law
