About the Job
Maheshwari & Co. is hiring an Associate (Corporate) for its Delhi office. The role is intended for young legal professionals looking to build a career in corporate law by working on legal research, drafting, and corporate matters in a full-service law firm.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess strong research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Be familiar with legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Have an in-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures in India.
- Possess excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in handling cases from inception through resolution while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Preparing legal drafts and presentations.
- Supporting the corporate team in legal matters and documentation.
