About the Job
KD Law Connect Chamber is hiring Associates with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) on an immediate basis. The role offers exposure to commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, regulatory matters, transactional work, and general legal advisory.
Eligibility
Applicants must have:
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience or interest in handling litigation, dispute resolution, transactional work, and advisory matters.
Practice Areas
- Commercial Litigation (IBC and Companies Act).
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation).
- Regulatory matters under the Electricity Act.
- Consumer, Civil, and Criminal Litigation.
- Transactional work, including contract drafting and vetting.
- General legal advisory.
Location
Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi.
