About the Job
Spice Route Legal is hiring lawyers for its Financial Services Regulatory and Fintech practices. The roles involve working with banks, payment players, insurers, wealth managers, investment banks, and startups on matters involving product design, regulatory issues, commercial matters, data, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
The available positions are:
- Band 3: Lawyers with approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in a comparable law firm.
- Band 4: Lawyers with approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in a comparable law firm.
- Senior Associate – Band 1: Lawyers with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Associate in a comparable law firm.
Eligibility
- For Band 3, candidates should have approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in a comparable law firm.
- For Band 4, candidates should have approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in a comparable law firm.
- For Senior Associate – Band 1, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Associate in a comparable law firm.
- The Senior Associate – Band 1 remuneration structure specifies 4–6 years of PQE.
Salary
- Band 3 (2–3 years PQE): ₹25–30 lakh, comprising ₹20–22 lakh fixed and ₹4–8 lakh variable.
- Band 4 (3–4 years PQE): ₹30–35 lakh, comprising ₹23–27 lakh fixed and ₹5–8 lakh variable.
- Senior Associate – Band 1 (4–6 years PQE): ₹28–32 lakh fixed and ₹10–17 lakh variable.
