About the Job
Sagus Legal is expanding its Corporate Practice and is hiring lawyers to work on general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, and project financing.
Number of Positions
- New Delhi: 2 positions (3–5 years PQE)
- New Delhi: 2 positions (6–8 years PQE)
- Gurugram: 2 positions (1–4 years PQE)
Eligibility
Candidates should:
- Have the relevant post-qualification experience for the respective position.
- Possess strong drafting and negotiation experience involving transactional documents such as Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), term sheets, facility documents, and security documents.
- Be capable of managing transactions from the term sheet stage through to closing.
- Demonstrate confidence in client interactions and sound commercial judgment.
Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on general corporate matters.
- Working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and project financing.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.
- Managing transactions from the term sheet stage to completion.
- Advising clients across the energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
