About the Job
Alpha Legal Consultants is hiring legal professionals to join its General Corporate Law Vertical at its New Delhi office. The firm is seeking candidates with over five years of experience in corporate and commercial laws. The role involves handling matters related to contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate transactions, and other general corporate law assignments.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws.
- Possess experience in contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.
- Demonstrate strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Have sound commercial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage corporate advisory and transactional assignments.
