About the Role:

Legal Kapital is looking for dynamic law graduates to support its recruitment team in identifying top-tier attorneys for U.S. clients. This remote internship offers direct exposure to legal talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and international recruitment strategies.

Key Deliverables:

• Identify and evaluate legal talent using LinkedIn (15+ profiles/day)

• Match candidates with specific legal roles

• Maintain a structured candidate tracker

• Conduct professional outreach (30+ connection requests/day)

• Target a 25%+ response rate through strategic communication
