About the Role
Mahindra Lifespaces is seeking a Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) to manage legal aspects of land acquisition, real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and project-related documentation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree
- 6–10 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of RERA and real estate laws
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead land due diligence and advise on land acquisition transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, term sheets, conveyance deeds, leases
- Manage RERA filings, customer documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, landowners, and project teams
