About the Internship

The Office of Simran Singh is inviting applications for remote legal interns. This opportunity offers law students or recent graduates hands-on exposure to core legal work in the corporate and commercial law domain. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role following the successful completion of a 3-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal matters related to corporate and commercial law

• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, suits, and written submissions

• Conduct research in civil and criminal law areas as required

• Support work related to employment law, data privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance

• Prepare legal opinions and contribute to litigation support activities

Eligibility

• Open to all law students or graduates with a strong interest in corporate legal practice

• Prior internship experience and demonstrable research or drafting skills are an advantage
