ideaForge is a technology company in the aerospace and defence sector, developing advanced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) solutions. The company is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join its Legal Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM), including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements
- Maintain and update agreement trackers for compliance and timely follow-ups
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for the legal team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of NDAs and SLAs
- Support the Legal Team with documentation and administrative tasks
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is desirable
