About the Job
EXL is hiring Paralegals for its Noida office. The role involves supporting litigation matters through document review, legal correspondence, claim file management, scheduling, and other legal operations. Candidates will also be expected to meet productivity and quality standards while contributing to team objectives.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a reputed university (minimum qualification).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Review litigation and subpoena-related documents, including redactions and privilege logs.
- Prepare legal correspondence for use by attorneys and paralegals during litigation.
- Manage legal documents and records.
- Handle claim file transfers.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, deposition scheduling, and deposition summarisation.
- Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in training programmes to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Incorporate procedural changes into daily work.
- Support team members in meeting service expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
