About the Job
Blueprint Legal is hiring a Senior Associate for its Corporate and Transactional Practice. The firm is seeking a corporate lawyer with 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its growing transactional practice. The role involves independently managing venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory matters.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Have 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate law.
- Possess strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Have experience in managing transactions and client communications.
- Be capable of supervising and guiding junior team members.
Candidates with prior law firm experience and a strong corporate transactional background will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage venture capital and private equity transactions.
- Handle investment and shareholders’ agreements.
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Provide general corporate advisory services.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
