About the Job
UnitedLex India Private Limited is hiring a Senior Associate for its Gurgaon office. The role is suited for professionals with experience in patent prosecution and a strong understanding of patent laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Registered Patent Agent qualification is an added advantage.
- LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputed law school is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience prosecuting patent applications at a top-tier law firm, IP service provider, or as an in-house patent agent/attorney.
- At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution activities, including responding to office actions, First Examination Reports (FERs), examination reports, and opposition proceedings.
- Excellent understanding of US, European (EP), and Indian patent laws.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location
Gurgaon.
