White & Brief – Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Senior Associate – Indirect Tax. The role involves handling complex indirect tax and customs matters across advisory and litigation, with a focus on advanced legal drafting, research, and independent matter management.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be qualified Lawyers.
- Have 4–6 years of experience in Indirect Tax and Customs, covering both advisory and litigation matters.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently.
- Interpreting case laws and regulatory developments.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Supporting business development initiatives.
